  • I WILL SCHEDULE A VIRTUAL TOUR OF YOUR PROPERTY.
  • I WILL SUBMIT THE VIRTUAL TOUR TO THE MLS, TARBELL.COM AND OTHER REAL ESTATE WEBSITES INCLUDING REALTOR.COM.
  • I WILL CREATE FULL COLOR HIGH IMPACT FLYERS OF THE PROPERTY.
  • I WILL KEEP THE FLYER BOX SUPPLIED WITH FLYERS AND/OR PROVIDE A CALL CAPTURE SIGNAGE PROGRAM (FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THIS EXCITING NEW PROGRAM!)
  •  I WILL ADVERTISE YOUR HOME IN LOCAL AND MAJOR NEWSPAPERS.
  • I WILL ADVERTISE YOUR HOME IN HOMES MAGAZINE.
  • I WILL ADVERTISE YOUR HOME IN THE STAGELINE  MAGAZINE.
  • I WILL DISCUSS AND SCHEDULE OPEN HOUSES.
  • I WILL TALK ENTHUSIASTICALLY ABOUT YOUR PROPERTY AT OFFICE MEETINGS.
  • I WILL REVIEW MARKETING STRATEGIES WITH YOU ON A REGULAR BASIS
  • I WILL RETURN YOUR TELEPHONE CALLS IN  TIMELY MANNER.
  • I WILL SUPPLY YOU WITH COPIES OF ADS, VIRTUAL TOUR AND UPDATED MARKET ANALYSIS ON A REGULAR BASIS.
  • I WILL FOLLOW UP WITH ANY REALATOR THAT MAY HAVE PREVIEWED OR SHOWN YOUR PROPERTY.
  • I WILL MEET WITH YOU TO DISCUSS ACTIVITY, MARKET EVALUATION, SALES AND COMPETITION, PRICE, TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
  • I WILL DISCUSS MARKET POSITION AND PRICE ADJUSTMENT STRATEGY.

 

I WILL USE TARBELL, REALTORS EXCLUSIVE AND INNOVATIVE MARKETING PLAN FOR THE SALE OF YOUR HOME.
